Construction has begun on a new affordable housing community off Cypress Lane in Paradise. The project, led by Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) and Mercy Housing, will be completed in two phases across 19 acres.
Phase One will include 70 multi-family apartment units and is already underway. Phase Two, set to begin in 2025 pending funding approval, will consist of 70 additional units specifically for senior living. Completion of Phase Two is projected for late 2026 or early 2027.
