The Town of Paradise (Town) announces the availability of a Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (Draft PEIR) for the Paradise Sewer Project (Proposed Project) prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Draft PEIR describes the Proposed Project and evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with its implementation. The Draft PEIR analyzes three alternatives.
