BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT

Provided by the Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce. All businesses featured in the business spotlights can be found in Paradisechamber.com’s online business directory.

This week, we’re highlighting Paradise Pines RV Park. At 2,800 feet, nestled under a tall canopy of evergreens on the east side of Magalia, is the Paradise Pines RV Park and Campground. Once in disrepair, this welcoming oasis has been cleared out, cleaned up and redesigned for over 50 camping and RV spots.

Owner Gary Bright has undertaken extensive construction including restroom and shower upgrades, and is replanting cedars and redwoods throughout the campground.  Paradise Pines RV Park and Campground offers 36 “extended stay” sites, 5 tent and 5 RV short-term spots, and 2 AirBnbs available by the night, week or month.

Gary’s dream is to make this campground a destination for locals and travelers. By 2023, he plans to complete a grassy amphitheater for live performances, host events and private parties. The site won’t be hard to miss with the more than 2000 daffodils popping up along the entrance in the spring! Until then, bring your kids by for Friday evening ice cream that Gary loves to share.
