Some Good News
The first commercial rebuild since the Camp Fire celebrated its groundbreaking Saturday, May 16th. Our Savior Lutheran Church is rebuilding at its original location (6404 Pentz Road). The event was broadcast via Facebook live. The church is hoping to open its doors by Christmas 2020. Congratulations!

Upcoming: State of the Town Focus of June Virtual Community Information Meeting. Tuesday, June 2nd at 6pm the Town of Paradise will hold a virtual meeting via its Facebook and YouTube pages. Attendees will hear from several areas of the Town as they provide progress on the rebuild process. The Government Hazard Tree Program is still accepting ROEs and Inspection Access Forms. Inspections are scheduled to begin in mid-June, and tree felling is scheduled to begin in July. Download your ROE or inspection Access form here. You can mail the form to 205 Mira Loma Dr., Ste 50, Oroville CA 95965 or email to TreeROE@buttecounty.net. The Butte Strong Fund in partnership with North Valley Community Foundation and Sierra Nevada Brewery, have awarded the Town of Paradise a $1 million dollar grant to support the Town’s rebuild incentive program. This grant assists homeowners by paying a portion of the permit fees for Camp Fire survivors who are rebuilding in the Town of Paradise.

One term will end June 20, 2023, two terms end June 30, 2024. Any registered voter in the Town of Paradise is eligible to apply. Deadline to apply is 5pm on May 26, 2020.
