As we look ahead, entering the 6th year of dedicated rebuilding and recovery efforts , the Town anticipates the start of some significant projects.

Residential Ignition Resistant Improvement Program- 118 property owners submitted applications, and phase 1 assessments were completed in October 2023. Phase 2 will occur upon the full approval of the environment process in early 2024.
Hazardous Fuels Reduction Program- Undergoing Federal Environment Review, FEMA expects to complete this review in early 2024.
Paradise Sewer Project- 7 design- build solicitations were received and after the Statement of Qualification Evaluation Committee completed efforts to rank and select a Progressive Design- Build contactor, they have selected Mountain Cascade- Carollo. Town Hall and Building Resiliency Center Closed
Town Hall and the BRC will be closed Monday, January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day and will reopen Tuesday, January 16th at 8:00am and resume regular business hours for the remainder of the week.
