Good Country Dinner Dance

Come down to the First Christian Church for dinner and dancing on October 13, 2023. In spirit of Halloween, bring your pet in costume to join a contest! If you have no pet, come in an animal costume yourself. This event is from 6 – 8 p.m. and located at 5738 Pentz Rd., Paradise.

10th Semi-Annual Fall Peddlers Fair 2023

Join the fun at the 10th Semi-Annual Fall Peddlers Fair on October 14, 2023. Taking place at Deja Vu Nursery from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., enjoy vendors, local artists, hand crafted items, food trucks, a bounce house, and more! Noble Orchard U-Pick Apple Fundraiser

Support the Butte County Fire Safe Council by participating in the Noble Orchard U-Pick Apple Fundraiser on October 15, 2023. This event is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and half the proceeds will go towards wildfire safety efforts in the community. Noble Orchard is located at 7050 Pentz Rd., Paradise.

Love Paradise Make a Difference Day 2023

Sign up for a project on October 20th to participate in Love Paradise’s Make a Difference Day. The day starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m., and volunteers get a free lunch after it ends. Click here register for the project you’d like to volunteer for.

Town of Paradise Conducting Census Survey to Ensure Future Grant Eligibility

A random sample of Paradise families have been mailed a census survey of 10 simple questions, per Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) survey rules. The Town of Paradise is committed to using grant funding to support projects that benefit the entire community, such as improving roads, sidewalks, and essential public services.
Survey deadline: If you received this survey, please complete and return the survey through the directions in the mailing no later than November 1, 2023. Your response is confidential, and no personal information will be shared. The information collected from this survey will be used exclusively to update the Paradise Census information. For any questions or if you require assistance with the survey, please contact (530) 872-6291 ext. 162 or ext.173, or email housing@townofparadise.com.

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

To sign up, manage an existing account, modify your notification settings and contact information, or to unsubscribe, please visit CodeRed. You may also further customize the types of notifications you receive and add any additional address.

COMMERCIAL SIGN REMOVAL PROGRAM 

Funding is still available for the Commercial Sign Removal Program. This program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. Turn in your application to Town Hall or jblancett@townofparadise.com and after an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service. For more information and an application, visit bit.ly/3IW9aee
