This event gave residents a chance to connect with the Scouts and other members of the community. And Scouts were happy to answer any questions for youngsters interested in joining a troop, or adults who wanted to get involved with the organizations!

Mural Creation at the Paradise Art Center

Popular, local artist/muralist/cartoonist, Steve Ferchaud is painting one side of the Paradise Arts Center! Every day until November 5th, Steve will be working on the mural and dedicating it at the start of the weeklong recognition of the 5th Anniversary of the Camp Fire. Everyone is invited to stop by on Thursday October 26th from 11:00am-3:00pm and witness the progress at 5564 Almond Street.

PHS Home Football Game

Friday October 27th is Home Coming and Senior Night, kicking off at 5:30pm is the JV team followed by Varsity team at 7:30pm located at Om Wraith Field, 5911 Maxwell Drive. Wear your Bobcat colors and cheer them on! Admission is $3.00 for students and $6.00 for adults.

Trunk or Treat at Paradise Eagles

Saturday October 28th at 9079 Skyway from 4-7:00pm join the Paradise Eagles for trunk-or-treat!

PRPD Community Halloween

Trick-or-treat at the Terry Ashe Rec Center, 6626 Skyway from 6-8:00pm on Saturday October 28th. Enjoy games, activities and taking pictures with characters! Halloween Party at Jen’s Place with Bad Johnny 21+

Have a great Halloween costume? Come down to Jen’s Place, 7126 Skyway and join the costume competition Saturday night October 28th and enter for a chance to win! Festive drink specials will be going on all night long while you enjoy music from Bad Johnny!

Pick It Forward

October’s TOP POP event is almost here! 🍎We’re excited to help Noble Orchards “Pick it Forward,” and harvest apples that’ll be donated to local food banks. But that’s not all: if you and your group pick more than four cases of apples, you’ll get four pounds of apples to take home with you.

We hope you’ll take part at this historic Paradise location (7050 Pentz Rd.), founded in 1921, and spend a few hours out at the orchards Sunday October 29th from 10:00am- 3:00pm! This event is FREE!

PeeWee Preschool Halloween Carnival

Join PeeWee Preschool Sunday October 29th from 1-5:00pm at 7196 Skyway for an afternoon of food, games, bounce houses and much more. Put on your Halloween costume and join the fun. Free to the public!

Trick-or-Treat Street at Sunshine Cottage

Sunshine Cottage would like to invite residents to the 1st Trick-or-Treat at 1468 Sun Manor from 1-4:00pm Tuesday October 31st. Bring the kids to see residents and trick or treat inside the facility. They will have lots of sweet treats and raffle prizes!

Truck or Treat Halloween at Veterans Hall

Everyone is welcome to 6550 Skyway from 4-7:00pm on October 31st for truck or treat.

Hullabaloo Trunk or Treat

Ridge Lifeline Church hosts a Hullabaloo trunk or treat with great games and food!  The Ridge Community is invited October 31st from 6-8:00pm at 5445 Clark Rd.

Trunk or Treat at Paradise Alliance Church

October 31st from 6-7:30pm, bring the family and friends for a night of candy, music, and fun at 6491 Clark Rd.

Town of Paradise Conducting Census Survey to Ensure Future Grant Eligibility

The Town of Paradise is committed to using grant funding to support projects that benefit the entire community, such as improving roads, sidewalks, and essential public services.
Survey deadline: If you received this survey, please complete and return the survey through the directions in the mailing no later than November 1, 2023. Your response is confidential, and no personal information will be shared. The information collected from this survey will be used exclusively to update the Paradise Census information. CodeRed- Sign Up/Manage/ Modify/ Unsubscribe

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

To sign up, manage an existing account, modify your notification settings and contact information, or to unsubscribe, please visit CodeRed. You may also further customize the types of notifications you receive and add any additional address.

COMMERCIAL SIGN REMOVAL PROGRAM 

Funding is still available for the Commercial Sign Removal Program. This program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. Turn in your application to Town Hall or jblancett@townofparadise.com and after an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service. For more information and an application, visit bit.ly/3IW9aee
