Our population may be smaller, but our sense of community is stronger than ever. Our canopies may be fewer, but our sunsets are more spectacular than words can describe. Here’s to another 2,628,000 minutes of witnessing those breathtaking sunsets and continuing to rebuild our beloved town.

Special Community Remembrance Dinner

Paradise Alliance Church is delighted to extend an invitation to the community for a heartfelt evening of unity and celebration at our Community Remembrance Dinner on Thursday, November 9th, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at 6491 Clark Road. This event provides an opportunity for us to gather as a community, contemplate our collective journey, and embrace the future with optimism and unity.

Ribbon Cutting: Mike’s Appliance

Celebrate and welcome the opening of Mike’s Appliance at 6848 Skyway Unit B Thursday November 9th from 5:30-6:30pm.

Ribbon Cutting: Boys & Girls Club- Paradise Teen Center

Join Boys & Girls Clubs of North Valley for the grand reopening of the Paradise Teen Center at 6241 Skyway in Paradise Thursday November 9th from 4:00-6:00pm. Tour the center, meet the team, enjoy food, and get raffle tickets for local business prizes. Register for membership and attend for a chance to win! 

Homespun Holidays Fall Craft Show

Visit the Paradise Masonic Lodge at 5934 Clark Road on Friday, November 10th, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, and explore a diverse selection of handmade merchandise from 25 different vendors.

Paradise Ice Rink

Experience the grand opening of the Paradise Ice Rink on Friday, November 10th, starting at 12:00 pm and continuing until January 2024! Come to the Terry Ashe Recreation Center at 6626 Skyway to witness the impressive efforts of PRPD while enjoying the unique experience of skating beneath the trees.

Bags and Beans

Join us for the 3rd annual Bags & Beans Chili Cookoff & Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, November 11th, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Terry Ashe Recreation Center, located at 6626 Skyway. Registration for the event is still open—visit paradiseprpd.com to secure your spot!

Veterans Day Lunch

Come together with fellow community members to show appreciation for all Veterans at a luncheon hosted at Paradise Veterans Hall, located at 6550 Skyway on Saturday, November 11th, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event is free of charge and welcomes the public to join in honoring our Veterans.

CodeRed- Sign Up/Manage/ Modify/ Unsubscribe

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

COMMERCIAL SIGN REMOVAL PROGRAM 

Funding is still available for the Commercial Sign Removal Program. This program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. Turn in your application to Town Hall or jblancett@townofparadise.com and after an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service. For more information and an application, visit bit.ly/3IW9aee
