Theatre on the Ridge presents A Doublewide, Texas Christmas

Christmas time on the ridge is here! Don’t miss the funny comedy play directed by Judy Clemens, from November 30th– December 16th at 3735 Neal Road. Visit for tickets and showtimes.

Drive Through Christmas Light Show at the Paradise Alliance Church

Friday-Sunday nights look brighter at the CMA Church! From December 1st until December 23rd (weekends only) drive through the annual Christmas Lights Show from 6-8:00pm at 6491 Clark Road, free of charge.

Tis the Season Community Food Drive

Support Paradise Tri Counties Bank and the Salvation Army in achieving their 2023 goal of 50,000 pounds of donated food. Visit Tri Counties Bank at 6848 Skyway, to contribute any canned or non-perishable food until December 22nd.

Meet Santa at Paradise Stronger

Visit Santa Claus at Paradise Stronger, located at 6848 Skyway, Thursday, December 7th, from 3-6:00pm. Each child will receive a complimentary printed photo to take home.

Dinner Dance

Join the First Christian Church Friday night, December 8th, from 6-8:00pm at 5738 Pentz Road wearing your ugly sweater, while enjoying good food, fellowship, and live music by Good Country. Your first attendance is complimentary, and a suggested donation of $6 is appreciated.

 Paradise Elks Hoop Shoot ‘23

The Paradise Elks Lodge is covering the registration fee for the upcoming national basketball free throw shooting contest, open to boys and girls aged 8 to 13. The event will take place on Saturday, December 9th, at the Paradise Junior High School Gym, located at 5657 Recreation Drive. Participants aged 8 and 9 are scheduled to begin the shooting contest at 9:30am.

Disco on Ice

Boogie under the pines at the ice rink Saturday, December 9th from 7-10:00pm. Wear something groovy for a ticket discount for added fun!

Christmas Caroling on Horseback

Join the Paradise Horsemen’s Association for a festive ride through town singing Christmas carols on Saturday, December 9th, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. They’ll make a stop at Barney O’Rourkes Restaurant, 740 Elliott Road, around noon for a few songs. Don’t miss the holiday cheer!

Painting and Wrap Party

On Saturday, December 9th, join us from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Paradise Stronger, 6848 Skyway. Presented by ‘Moms of the Ridge,’ ‘Paint Parties by Dawn,’ and ‘Paradise Stronger,’ this collaborative event invites community members to unleash their creativity for just $5 per person. Paint beautiful artworks and wrap them with care to craft heartfelt holiday gifts.

Rebuild Paradise: Surprise Announcement, Refreshments, Daffodil Bulb Giveaway

Join the Rebuild Paradise Foundation for a special event on Tuesday, December 12th, from 10 11:00am at Paradise Community Park, 5570 Black Olive Drive. They will be revealing news that will enhance the growth and resilience of our beloved community. Enjoy complimentary refreshments, savoring delightful treats as they celebrate our community’s progress and unity. Plus, receive a free daffodil bulb in the spirit of growth and renewal!

Paradise Alliance Church Fuels Reduction Assistance Program

Prepare for the upcoming winter weather by taking advantage of the Fuels Reduction Assistance Program (FRAP), which offers free assistance for enhancing your defensible space, removing hazard trees, and managing weed abatement. Don’t miss out on this opportunity—sign up now! Contact Matt Woolley at (877-7069 ext. 235) to learn more, or visit the website for detailed information and to register on the “Registration” tab.

FRAP works to eliminate weeds around homes and properties and address the removal of trees that pose a threat to standing structures. Proudly brought to you by the Paradise Alliance Church, this program operates in collaboration with Cal Fire and California Climate Investments.

CodeRed- Sign Up/Manage/ Modify/ Unsubscribe

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

To sign up, manage an existing account, modify your notification settings and contact information, or to unsubscribe, please visit CodeRed. You may also further customize the types of notifications you receive and add any additional address.


Funding is still available for the Commercial Sign Removal Program. This program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. Turn in your application to Town Hall or and after an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service. For more information and an application, visit
