Mark Hummel’s 32nd Annual Blues Harmonica Blowout is performing at the PPAC Thursday, February 15th from 7:00-10:00pm, and it’s going to be an unforgettable evening. Featuring a lineup of award-winning harmonica players including the legendary Mark Hummel himself, along with Lee Oskar, Jason Ricci, Kenny Neal, and Andrew Alli. Lobby Doors Open: 6:00 PM. EWS Monthly Testing Update

During these tests, the “Can You Hear Me?” Survey won’t be accessible. As we progress through the final testing phase and complete final electrical connections, it is possible that not all towers will be activated during each monthly test. Upon the full completion of the EWS System, we will proceed again with the “Can You Hear Me?” Surveys. As we work together to finalize the system, and you would still like to give your input please contact Jacquelyn at or call 530-872-6291 ext. 173.

2024 Triennial Septic Evaluator Training

Septic system evaluators and pumpers require a special business license from the Town of Paradise which includes classroom training and testing. Those who successfully complete both and have at least one (1) year of experience in the onsite wastewater field are eligible to apply for a septic evaluator license. If you are interested in becoming a licensed septic evaluator or pumper in the Town of Paradise, please contact our Onsite Wastewater Division staff by calling (530) 872-6291 ext. 411 for more information.
