‘Paradise Youth Community Art Show’

The Paradise Youth Community Art Show features students from Paradise and Ridgeview High School showcasing their artistic talents on display at the Paradise Art Center. From April 1st through the 30th from 1:00-4:00pm stop by this free gallery. Click here for more information.

Building Industry Stakeholders Meeting

The Community Development Department invites you to attend the “Building Industry Stakeholders Meeting” on Wednesday, April 3rd from 3-4:00pm at the Building Resiliency Center, 6295 Skyway. The guest speaker is Amy Bach from United Policyholders.

Theatre on the Ridge Presents: Game of Tiaras

Join TOTR for the premiere of Game of Tiaras this Thursday, April 4th at 7:30pm at 3735 Neal Road. Prepare to laugh until you can’t breathe from this unexpected twist on the Game of Thrones saga, directed by Marina Kalani. To purchase tickets and for additional showtimes visit totr.org.

Coffee & Donut Veteran Outreach

Come by the Veterans Hall, 6550 Skyway every first Friday of the month from 8:00am to noon for coffee and donuts. For more information and to RSVP contact Joe Defazio at 206-679-0853.

Habitat for Humanity: Home Dedication

You’re invited to a home dedication at 6446 & 6465 Dora Lee Lane, Saturday, April 6th from 10:00-11:00am. Help celebrate this family move into their new home!

Helicopter Easter Egg Drop

Moms of the Ridge is thrilled to announce our upcoming Helicopter Easter Egg Drop on April 6th  from 2:00-3:00 PM at Egleson Field, 820 Bushmann Rd.  All ages are welcome to join in the fun, but only children aged 1-12 will be allowed on the field to participate in the egg drop.  Don’t forget to bring your Easter egg basket for this egg-citing event!

Early Warning System Test

Saturday, April 6th at 12:00pm NOON

Residents should expect to hear a voice command stating:

  • “This is a test of the Paradise Early Warning Sirens.”
  • Followed by a 45 second AIR RAID SOUND
  • “This is a test of the Paradise Early Warning Sirens.”

Once the last voice command is played that will conclude that months test of the EWS system.

REMINDER: During the test, the “Can You Hear Me?” Survey won’t be used. As we progress through the final testing phase and complete final electrical connections, not all towers will be activated during each monthly test. Upon the full completion of the EWS System, we will proceed again with the “Can You Hear Me?” Surveys. As we work together to finalize the system and continue to welcome your input. 2024 Triennial Septic Evaluator Training

Septic system evaluators and pumpers require a special business license from the Town of Paradise which includes classroom training and testing. Those who successfully completed both training courses and have at least one (1) year of experience in the onsite wastewater field are eligible to apply for a septic evaluator license. If you are interested in becoming a licensed septic evaluator or pumper, in the Town of Paradise, contact Onsite Wastewater Division staff at (530)872-6291 x436 or tyelenskaya@townofparadise.com. Class starts April 17th!

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.
