Residential Ignition Resistant Improvement Program
The Town of Paradise is excited to announce that after many years of advocacy and planning, we are launching our Residential Ignition Resistant Improvement Program. This program helps with the cost of eligible improvements that will help make homes that survived the Camp Fire in Paradise more resilient. Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2023 or until the program is full. The program is limited to $90,000 in improvements per property. The property owner is responsible for 25% of the total cost of improvements. Find out more about the program and how to apply at townofparadise.com.
COMMERCIAL SIGN REMOVAL PROGRAM
The Town of Paradise Commercial Sign Removal Program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. A total of $100,000 has been allocated for this program. After an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service.
