Multi-Family Homes in Development:
705 Multi-Family Units Applied*
574 Multi-Family Units Issued
432 Multi-Family Units Rebuilt (certificate of occupancy issued)
*Each “unit” represents a home for a family in Paradise.

“Can You Hear Me?” Survey

Please provide feedback by taking the “Can You Hear Me?” Survey. New survey link is still available for the Early Warning Siren test that took place Saturday September 2nd at bit.ly/3Ef3Bnl or visit the townofparadise.com. Survey valid until 9/9/2023.

Paradise Junior Football Game

Kicking off the weekend with some family- friendly fun this Saturday September 9th at Wraith Field, 5911 Maxwell Drive watching the Paradise Bobcats! The first game starts at 10:00am with admission ranging from $4.00-$6.00 and concession stands will be available throughout the day.

Building Industry Stakeholders Meeting

The Community Development Department invites the community to the “FREE” ADU & Landscaping Plans available to the public meeting on September 6th from 3-4:00pm at the Building Resiliency Center 6295 Skyway.

Community Hike & Kayaking

Saturday September 9th meet at Paradise Stronger at 8:00am 6848 Skyway. Once there, you will leave shortly to Boat Launch #2 at Paradise Lake and begin the 4.6-mile round trip hike, followed by kayaking. CodeRed- Sign Up/Manage/ Modify/ Unsubscribe

CodeRed is a community notification system in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include: evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.

To sign up, manage an existing account, modify your notification settings and contact information, or to unsubscribe, please visit CodeRed. You may also further customize the types of notifications you receive and add any additional address.

COMMERCIAL SIGN REMOVAL PROGRAM 

The Town of Paradise Commercial Sign Removal Program is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Grants will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, until all allocated funds have been expended. A total of $100,000 has been allocated for this program. After an application is approved, the Town will work with the business and licensed contractor to have the sign removed and will pay the contractor directly for the service. For more information and an application, visit bit.ly/3IW9aee
